July Round-up

Well… July was probably our hottest Cafe yet… but that didn’t stop us being incredibly busy in the two hours before we stopped for an informal lunch and quiz!!!

We looked at 23 items:
- 14 were fixed
- 3 couldn’t be fixed
- 5 are ongoing
- 1 we gave advice on

and…. We returned 5 items that had been successfully repaired since the June Cafe

There were 25 of us, and 23 visitors (including Susie Batchelor from Elmbridge Museum who will be running a future ‘Make do and Mend’ session with us - more details to follow)

Thank you to our bakers Cally, Jo, Jenny and Sue…. And to our confounding quiz creators and hosts Joe and Tom (and their friend AI)!!

Huge thanks to everyone who was able to join us, and make the morning such great fun, and we missed those of you who couldn’t make it.
